 From the literature Jennifer shared:

"Vision Statement: Mentoring partnerships offer youth shared experiences and ideas to widen their vision of themselves, helping them to become confident, productive members of the community.

Mission Statement: Windsor County Partners creates and supports mentoring partnerships between caring adults and local youth to help build healthy communities.

About Our Youth Mentoring Program: In existence since 1974, Windsor County Partners (WCP) provides mentoring partnerships, free of charge, to any Windsor County child between 5 and 18 who could benefit from a long term, trusting relationship with a caring adult.
