Recent Activities of the Rotary Club of Lebanon-Riverside
Rotary International’s Polio Vaccine Program
We have raised funds for the Polio Vaccine Program at our Great American Pie Buffet with the Rotary Club of Lebanon. Our funds are matched 2:1 by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the funds are then used by The Rotary Foundation to support various programs directed to the eradication of polio world-wide.  The eradication of polio is Rotary’s #1 priority.  Only Pakistan and Afghanistan remain endemic.
Epilogos Charities
A program to aid the educational programs of the schools of San Jose Villanueva, El Salvador.
First Grade Personalized Books
A program to give each first grade student in Lebanon a customized reading book toward the end of the school year.
Friends of the Grafton County Drug Court
A program that supports addicted, non-violent offenders enrolled in the Grafton County Drug Court to work towards recovery.
Lebanon Parks Department
We have been involved in the establishment and expansion of the Riverside Park on the Glen Road in West Lebanon.  Our signature project in the park is the Picnic Pavilion. In addition we helped establish the skateboard park, and children’s playgrounds.
Hartford Vocational Tech Scholarship
A $1,000 scholarship is provided to a student from Hartford Voc-Tech
Lebanon High School Scholarship (in honor of former member Tom Dauphene)
A $1,000 scholarship is provided to a student from Lebanon High School
