"Lebanon Weatherize, an effort that will be coordinated through Vital Communities beginning early next year that will focus on providing energy audits at a very low $100 cost and then encouraging families to contract with local contractors who are part of the program to get work done (not usually of the "do it yourself" buttoning up type).  Some might qualify for a rebate administered through the local utility."
